  • 1. What should be voltage fluctuation limit for safe working of the TWMAC System?
     Answer: 180V AC to 264V AC, 50 Hz.

    2. What type of electrical arrangement is required for the system?
     Answer: Three phase and neutral, 50 Hz (4 Wire- 6 sq mm each or four core armed cable can be used depending on motor rating)

    3. Is there any specification on Earthing?
     Answer: Earthing is mandatory for TWMAC. It should be industry standard & best possible close distance from the system.

    4. After how long time the system should recalibrate?
     Answer: The system should calibrate at least once in a year for better performance.

    5. What can be the maximum distance of Display module to weight Sensor module?
     Answer: Maximum 50 meter.

    6. How to run the system in manual mode?
     Answer: To run the system in manual mode user need to disconnect the single phase line (which goes to PSU module) and then the rotary cam switch on Fan control module should rotate to manual mode.

    7. While running in manual mode, does the system accumulate the details of withering process and data?
     Answer: No.

    8. What is the routine maintenance of the system?
     Answer: (a) The weight sensor box and the leaf temperature module should be cleaned regularly while unloading the trough.
                   (b) While loading and unloading the trough, special care should be taken to avoid the physical damage of weight sensor box and the leaf temperature sensor module.

    9. Does the system control the fan automatically?
     Answer: Yes. The system controls the FAN automatically on the basis of sensor feedback and parameter setting.

    10. Does the system control the hot air automatically?
     Answer: The system raises audiovisual alarms to alert the user for hot air demand or hot air stop. Currently the system does not control the hot air application automatically.

    11. Can it be used in both open trough and enclosed trough?
     Answer: Yes.

  • 1. What should be voltage fluctuation limit for safe working of the FRMS System?
     Answer: 180V AC to 264V AC, 50 Hz.

    2. Is there any specification on Earthing?
     Answer: Earthing is mandatory for FRMS. It should be industry standard & best possible close distance from the system.

    3. What is capacity of system?
     Answer: maximum bag weight can be 100kg.

    4. After how long time the system should recalibrate?
     Answer: The system should calibrate at least once in every six months for better performance.

    5. What can be the maximum distance of Display module to the sensor?
     Answer: Maximum 3 meter and display can be connected to your PC via cable or wireless at extra cost.

  • 1. What should be voltage fluctuation limit for safe working of the MGWF-03 System?
     Answer: 180V AC to 264V AC, 50 Hz.

    2. What type of electrical arrangement is required for the system?
     Answer: three phase and neutral, 50 Hz (4 Wire- 1.5sq mm each or four core power cable can be used)

    3. Is there any specification on Earthing?
     Answer: Separate Earthing is mandatory for MGWF. It should be industry standard & best possible close distance from the system. One proper Earthing can be used for up to four systems.

    4. What type of platform should be used for MGWF installation?
     Answer: the system should be installed on the rigid platform or table and the same should be free from any vibration.

    5. What is the maintenance of MGWF?
     Answer: We believe in the minimum maintenance and maximum output policy. Only two things need to check for this system;
    (a) Clean the inside and outside dust and leaf everyday/ after each production cycle with air blower.
    (b) Don’t clean the system with water.

    6. What is capacity of MGWF system?
     Answer: There are different sizes and capacity of the system i.e; 1000 kg/hr, 1200 kg/hr, 1500 kg/hr, 2000 kg/hr, 3000 kg/hr.

    7. After how long time the system should recalibrate?
     Answer: The system should calibrate at least once in a year for better performance.

    8. After how long period the Gear oil of the gear box should be replaced?
     Answer: In Power build make gear box, the gear oil should be topped up after 10000 Hours from the date of installation, after that oil should be topped up once in every year. The gear oil grade is: PG 460 or equivalent. In Lenze gear box, no need to top up gear oil as synthetic oil is used for its lifetime.

    9. In what basis the conveyor changes its RPM?
     Answer: Motor RPM changes within 80 to 1200 on the basis of the materials passing over the conveyor belt & Feed Rate per hour setting.

    10. What can be the maximum distance of Display module to the conveyor?
     Answer: We supply 4 meter specified cable with the system. User can use maximum 10 meter on extra cost.

    11. Can we use MGWF system as a weighing scale?
     Answer: No. It is a regulated feeding unit only.

    12. Can we calculate the wither percentage from the cumulative figure shown in display module?
     Answer: No. As this is not a weighing scale and feed accuracy (±5 %) calculated on the basis of an average weight (which is not standard for weights and measures)

    13. Is there any Magnet/ Iron catcher in this system? / can we arrange to fit any magnet with this system?
     Answer: No magnet is fitted and no provision to install the magnet with the system.

    14. While running in manual mode, does the system accumulate the details of feeding process?
     Answer: No.

     Answer: We supply 1 meter specified cable with the system. User can opt for maximum 50 meter on extra cost.

    4. Where can we use HMS system?
     Answer: CTC room, Fermenting room, Withering trough and anywhere you want to measure or manage %RH (Relative Humidity).

    5. What type of sensor is used in HMS?
     Answer: Platinum sensor (RTD- pt100) is used.

    6. Can we monitor multiple zone temperature & %RH in a single display?
     Answer: No. One display can monitor only one zone.

    7. What maintenance is required for HMS?
     Answer: Refill the water pot of wet RTD once in a month.

     Answer: We supply 1 meter specified cable with the system. User can use maximum 50 meter on extra cost.

    4. Where can we use MTS system?
     Answer: Dryer, CTC, CFM, Withering trough and anywhere you want to measure temperature with preset limit alarm.

    5. What type of sensor is used in MTS?
     Answer: Platinum sensor (RTD- pt100) is used at different size and shapes as per the requirement and position.

    6. Can we monitor multiple zone temperature in a single display?
     Answer: No. One display can monitor only one temperature zone.

    7. What is the maximum and minimum temperature that can measure/display on this system?
     Answer: Maximum 250 °C and Minimum 0 °C can be measured by the system.

  • 1. What is the most excellent place to install the Stesalit Continuous Weigher (SCW) system?
     Answer: The best sequence for the Stesalit Continuous Weigher (SCW) installation is: Drier => Pre- sorting => Stesalit Continuous Weigher (SCW) => sorting. The tea Fiber cake and ball “MAL” should not pass through the system as these materials can damage the hopper gate of the system. The system should be installed at best possible distance from drier to avoid the heat and flying dust to avoid frequent breakdown.

     Answer: 180V AC to 264V AC, 50 Hz.

    Answer: No magnet is fitted and no provision to install the magnet with the system.

  • 1. What should be voltage fluctuation limit for safe working of the CARC System?
     Answer: 3 Phase Ac. (400V AC to 415V AC), 50 Hz.

    2. What type of electrical arrangement is required for the system?
     Answer: Three phase and neutral via Star Delta starter of 32 Amps, 50 Hz (4 Wire- 6 sq mm each or four core armoured cable can be used).

    3. Is there any specification on Earthing?
     Answer: Earthing is mandatory for CARC. It should be industry standard & best possible close distance from the system.

    4. What type of stand/ platform should use for CARC installing?
     Answer: The system should install on the rigid platform or table and the same should be free from any vibration.

    5. What is the maintenance of CARC?
     Answer: We believe in the minimum maintenance and maximum output policy. Only two things need to check for this system; (a) Clean the inside and outside dust everyday/ after each production cycle with air blower. (b) Don’t clean the system with water.

    6. Where CARC system can be used?
     Answer: The system is used for controlling the Heater to maintain constant temperature at Dryer Inlet (T1).

    7. What is maximum size (Specification) of Chain Grate, FD FAN and ID FAN motor?
     Answer: Chain Grate Motor: 2 HP, RPM: 1415, Current: 3.40 Amps, 415V AC. FD FAN: 3 HP, RPM: 1430, Current: 5.50 Amps, 415V AC. ID FAN: 10 HP, RPM: 1430, Current: 16.1 Amps, 415V AC.

    8. How many heaters can be controlled with a CARC system?
     Answer: One Heater can be controlled with a CARC system.

    9. What is the accuracy of this system?
     Answer: The accuracy (tolerance) is ±1 °C (one degree centigrade).

    10. What types of sensor is used in this system & where?
     Answer: One Platinum sensor (RTD- pt100) is used at Drier T1, to control the Chain Grate, FD FAN and ID FAN of heater.

    11. Is the height of "Guillotine Gate" controlled automatically?
     Answer: No. It depends upon the user temperature requirement at T1 and as per the quality of coal used in heater.

    12. Is the position of Damper (ID fan & FD fan) adjusted automatically?
     Answer: No. It is a matter of proper supervision. Normally once it is set to a nominal position, it does not need to be changed.
